Flooring Sales Consultant - Retail
newstaff are looking for a highly motivated individual to join a branch in Banbury
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED candidate in retail and floor coverings, so previous flooring experience is essential.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Deliver consistent sales performance.
• Team working.
• Ensuring a safe and clean store environment.
• Providing outstanding customer service and professional advice to all clients.
• Measuring and estimating with confidence in clients homes.
• Maintaining the appearance and efficient operation of the store.

Experience:
• FLOORING SALES (i.e. Carpets, Hard flooring, etc): 2 years (required)

Benefits
The successful applicant will be required to work 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, to include every Saturday and every other Sunday.
Base Salary of £22,000 + Commission on all sales - expected OTE £27,500.
