Hours: 10.00am - 4.30pm (30 hours a week)

The role
We are recruiting for a full-time Show Flat Assistant to support a brand new development in Bristol. This is a front-facing role focused on delivering viewings, engaging with prospective residents and supporting booking activity during the initial launch period.
*Conduct viewings and present the development to prospective residents
*Respond to enquiries via phone, email and social media
*Support lead generation and booking conversion activity
*Manage and update social media channels to promote the property
*Maintain presentation standards within the show flat and communal areas
*Capture and update lead information on CRM systems
*Assist with open days, events and marketing activity
Skills & experience
*Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
*Sales, leasing or hospitality experience preferred
*Comfortable delivering viewings and engaging with prospective residents
*Organised with good attention to detail
*Social media awareness (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc.)
*Positive, proactive approach and able to work independently
