Senior Product ManagerLocation: UK, South East
Sector: Cloud | SaaS | UCaaS | CCaaS | Telecoms
OverviewOur client is expanding its cloud communications portfolio and requires a Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end product development across UCaaS / CCaaS and adjacent telecom platforms.
This is a commercially accountable role with full lifecycle ownership, from technical concept and architectural alignment through to market release, adoption, and revenue performance.
You will operate at the intersection of Engineering, Commercial, and Customer Delivery, translating complex telecom capability into scalable, revenue-generating cloud products.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & Strategy
• Define and own product vision, multi-quarter roadmap, and technical evolution across UCaaS / CCaaS platforms
• Shape service architecture in collaboration with Engineering, including API strategy, integrations, and platform scalability
• Evaluate build vs buy decisions across telecom infrastructure and cloud services
Technical & Platform Ownership
• Work closely with development teams on feature decomposition, sprint priorities, and release planning
• Translate SIP, VoIP, contact centre routing, CRM integrations, and cloud infrastructure requirements into structured product documentation
• Ensure resilience, performance, and security standards are embedded into product design
Commercial & Market Alignment
• Align product capability with enterprise customer requirements and competitive positioning
• Prioritise development based on commercial return, technical feasibility, and operational impact
• Support complex enterprise bids with technical product insight
Lifecycle & Adoption
• Own go-to-market alignment with Sales and Marketing
• Define product KPIs including ARR contribution, adoption rates, retention, and service performance
• Drive internal enablement and external product positioning
Experience & Capability• Degree educated (BA/BSc or equivalent calibre), STEM preferred 2:1 or above
• Significant Product Management experience within SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, Cloud Communications, or Telecom platforms
• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, contact centre technologies, cloud infrastructure, and API ecosystems
• Experience working within Agile development environments (JIRA or equivalent)
• Proven ability to balance technical integrity with commercial delivery
ProfileThis role requires structured thinking, technical fluency, and disciplined execution.
You must be comfortable operating within complex telecom environments, influencing senior stakeholders, and owning product outcomes beyond feature release.
This is not a coordination role.
It is accountable product leadership within a cloud communications setting.
