Your new role
As Transport Supervisor on the Night Shift (Sun to Thurs, 2200 - 0600), you will be a key link between the customer and operational teams, ensuring successful and efficient delivery of requirements.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be proven in a similar role, be accustomed to driver management and de-briefs, and ideally have experience balancing workload between own fleet and subcontractors. CPC is an advantage but not essential (the company can support those who wish to train to secure the qualification), but you should be familiar with driver and commercial transport regulations (including driver hours, tachographs, O-licence etc), and will conduct regular checks with drivers and vehicles to ensure high standards of reliability and presentation. You will be a clear communicator and IT literate, ideally with experience of Transport Management Systems (TMS).
