As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional tenancy support services to our branches, landlords, and tenants—making a real impact every single day.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Specialist:
*Act as a point of contact, managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and colleagues.
*Dealing promptly and courteously to communication from landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners.
*Providing a first-class service to maximise customer retention.
*Ensuring personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained and KPI’s achieved.
Skills and Experience required to be successful as a Customer Service Specialist:
*Outstanding Customer Service skills
*Detail oriented, organised, and solid administration skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
