Our client is looking for a senor legal counsel to join their well established in house legal function advice. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in managing complex legal matters and contributing to strategic decision making.

Description
*Support the team in managing external law firm relationships and ensuring efficient use of legal budgets and resources.
*Provide corporate law and governance advice as required.
*Promote early engagement with the Legal team on new corporate matters, projects, and emerging risks to enable timely legal input.
*Drive legal awareness, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the Legal & Secretarial function and across the wider business.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments, and identify emerging requirements and opportunities to inform proactive legal solutions.
Profile
A successful Senior Legal Counsel should have:
*UK Qualified with a minimum of 4 years PQE
*Extensive experience in providing corporate legal support within the financial services sector.
*Strong expertise in contract law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
*A proven ability to manage complex legal matters effectively and efficiently.
*The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £85,000 DOE
