OVERVIEW:
• Manage a varied and engaging caseload of employment and industrial relations matters, providing clear, strategic advice to clients.
• Represent clients before employment tribunals and courts, playing a central role in progressing cases from initial instruction through to final hearing.
• Work collaboratively to secure positive outcomes for a client base primarily comprising trade union members and individual clients.
• Be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE in employment law, bringing strong technical expertise and a confident, pragmatic approach to complex matters.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of independently managing a busy caseload, delivering high quality advice and achieving successful outcomes including tribunal advocacy and litigation experience.
