Our Clients facility is more than just a storage space—it’s a service-driven operation where every interaction counts. We are looking for a Customer Sales Adviser who can balance high-level retail sales with operational excellence.
You won’t just be "working in a store." You will be the face of our business, the consultant for our customers, and a key driver of our financial success.
The Role
As a Customer Sales Adviser, you are the heartbeat of the operation. Your goal is simple: Guarantee excellence, maximize revenue.
Whether you are handling a phone inquiry or walking a customer through the facility, you’ll be identifying needs and providing solutions. When the management team is away, you’ll step up, taking responsibility for the store’s effectiveness, safety, and presentation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Driving Growth: Converting inquiries (phone and face-to-face) into bookings to hit weekly and monthly targets.
*Consultative Selling: Identifying exactly what a customer needs to maximize occupancy and store revenue.
*Operational Excellence: Managing administrative tasks, maintaining high standards of store cleanliness, and ensuring strict Health & Safety compliance.
*Taking Ownership: Acting as a key holder during lone working or in the absence of management.
*Financial Control: Assisting with credit control to keep "bad debt" to a minimum.

*The Communicator: You have a clear, confident telephone manner and can build instant rapport in person.
*The Self-Starter: You are disciplined, attentive to detail, and comfortable working both in a small team and independently (lone working).
*The Closer: You are motivated by targets and have a track record of turning inquiries into sales.
*The Professional: You take pride in your workspace and project confidence in the products you represent.
