About your role as a Production Manager:
You pride yourself in ensuring the smooth running of your site and that it is maintained to the high standards expected at Synertec. Ensuring full compliance and Health and Safety standards are adhered to. You will be responsible for maintaining training and competence records for your team, along with leading and motivating the production team to perform to their best. You make sure that quality, efficiency and safety are never compromised.
