Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced recruitment & marketing professional to join a thriving organisation based in the Torquay area.
The job will be extremely varied and will consist of managing the recruitment process as well as marketing of the service to attract the best staff possible!
*Recruitment and attraction of care staff
*Creating eye catching and appealing job specs
*Running marketing, recruitment initiatives and open days to source new talent into the care sector
*Interviewing candidates and collate all HR related paperwork, including references and DBS checks
*Delivering induction training to small group of care staff (training will be given for this)
*Onboarding new care staff and handing them over to the Care Coordinator to source placements
*Being first point of contact for applicants applying through the website
*Using your skills and initiative to set up local recruitment events to attract new workers
*Other related tasks
We are looking for someone that can work well independently, is extremely self-motivated, has a solid recruitment and marketing background.
You will have a confident nature and have superb communication and influencing skills.
The salary for the role is negotiable on experience and there is also a host of other benefits included with the position.
