Field Sales Account Manager - Plymouth
£37,000 + £5K Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission (OTE £55K-£60K)

Our client is a fast-growth UK business (part of a £1.25bn group) already supplying over 130,000 UK business sites. They help independent high street businesses reduce costs and boost their bottom line, offering services from energy and water to payments and EV charging.
This is your chance to own your patch across Exeter, build lasting client relationships, and become the go-to trusted advisor for local SMEs.
What you’ll be doing
*Knocking on doors, talking to business owners, and uncovering what keeps them up at night
*Turning conversations into solutions that help them cut costs and grow revenue
*Managing a mix of warm appointments and self-sourced opportunities
*Running your diary your way, with full CRM and tech support behind you
Who you are
*A confident field sales professional with at least 2 years’ face-to-face B2B experience
*Natural people person - empathetic, relatable, commercially sharp
*Target-driven, but with the emotional intelligence to build long-term trust
*Based in Exeter or close by, with the drive to cover the territory daily
