Due to continued growth and new business wins, the firm is now seeking to recruit a Family Paralegal to join its well-regarded family law team based in Nottingham. This is a full-time, permanent position and offers hybrid working.

Position

This role is ideally suited to a paralegal looking to develop their experience within family law. You will work closely with experienced fee earners and senior members of the team, providing essential support across a varied caseload of private family law matters.

The work will include exposure to divorce and financial remedy proceedings, private children matters, cohabitation issues, and related family law work. While some matters may involve higher-value assets, full training and supervision will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to build technical knowledge and practical skills within a supportive and structured environment.

Key responsibilities will include assisting with case preparation, drafting routine correspondence and documents, managing files, liaising with clients and third parties, and providing general administrative and legal support to the wider team. You will be encouraged to take increasing responsibility as your experience develops.

Key Details

The firm offers a salary of £24,000-£28,000, depending on experience, together with an attractive benefits package.
