Key Responsibilities:
*Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to exceed sales targets

*Deliver outstanding customer service and in-store experience

*Drive profitability through effective processes, controls, and operational excellence

*Uphold Health & Safety standards and ensure a safe working environment

*Promote the brand’s values and unique selling points

*Collaborate with Area and Senior Managers to share performance insights and plans
