Job Description:
Interim Trainer opportunity available working for a leading organisation based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, for circa two months initially with strong possibility of being extended. This role can be based remotely from home predominantly.
Key Responsibilities
• Training Design & Delivery: Create, update, and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and materials virtually.
• Program Management: Coordinate, schedule, and maintain records of training sessions using LMS or other tracking systems.
• Content Adaptation: Tailor training materials to different learning styles and audiences.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: previous roles in training or Coaching
• Skills: Exceptional verbal/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Technology: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-learning software.
• Certifications: Professional certification would be beneficial but not necessary.
Core Competencies
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles (andragogy).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple, changing priorities.
• Creative approach to developing engaging, interactive learning content.
• High level of patience and adaptability.
