Job Description:
We are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded law firm based in Harrow on the Hill to recruit for a polished and professional Receptionist to join their front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
*Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
*Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
*Maintaining the reception area to a high standard
*Providing general administrative and clerical support to the wider team
*Assisting with scheduling appointments and meeting room bookings
*Supporting occasional marketing or events-related tasks as required
Key Requirements:
*Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role (ideally within a professional services environment)
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Confident telephone manner and a professional appearance
*Organised, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure
*A warm, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
This is a full-time, office-based position. Candidates must be within a reasonable commute to Harrow on the Hill.
