Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational excellence? Arthur J. Gallagher, one of the world’s leading insurance brokerage firms, is seeking an Relationship Team SME to join our dynamic Insurance Broking Accounts (IBA) team.
This is your opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IBA function, supporting stakeholders across all divisions, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

How you’ll make an impact

*Provide first-line support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
*Actively support branch query management to ensure timely payments to insurers.
*Develop and produce standardised IBA reporting packs, ensuring accurate and consistent management information (MI).
*Monitor and drive performance against key IBA metrics, proactively influencing business behaviour.
*Manage service escalations, identify root causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, participating in regular service reviews.
*Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment in support and services across divisions.
*Support audit requirements and promote continuous improvement within the department.

About You

*Prior experience in finance is essential: Combined with financial services experience, particularly with large and complex businesses.
*Excellent Communication Skills: You can convey messages clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
*Relationship Management: You excel at building and maintaining strong relationships.
