CONTENTIOUS PROBATE SOLICITOR:
You will have experience of running high value cases, mentoring colleagues, developing and maintaining client relationships and managing a varied caseload. This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of complex, high-value probate disputes, where strategic thinking and technical excellence are key. You will manage a diverse and stimulating contentious probate caseload from inception through to resolution, advising a broad client base that includes individuals, executors, trustees and beneficiaries. Handling a full range of contentious probate matters, including will validity disputes, inheritance claims and trust disputes. Provide clear, strategic advice to clients on complex and sensitive issues. Known for their modern approach and outstanding work–life balance, you’ll play a key role in further building its presence in the market. You must be commercially minded with strong billing habits, positive, proactive and open-minded. A strong communicator, confident with client conversations and deliver commercially aware, client-centred advice. Build strong relationships and contribute to establishing the brand locally. In tune with the firm’s mission statement and core values and committed to demonstrating and developing these. A team player within the group and firm as a whole.
