As a Sales Office Manager based in Woking youll be responsible for:
*Building a driven and engaged team who are focused on meeting individual and branch based targets.
*Lead from the front and coach your team.
*Deputise in the absence of the Branch Manager.
*Building long lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

*A proven track record in sales team leadership within a Merchant or related environment.
*An encouraging and coaching management style
*To be skilled in relationship building both internally and externally
*A performance driven approach
