Main Responsibilities:
*Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to an exceptional standard.
*Address queries related to the finance application process.
*Assist customers with the completion and submission of finance applications.
*Maintain accurate records of interactions, applications, and transactions.
*Ensure all documentation is complete and adheres to legislative requirements.
*Resolve Customer or Retailer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
*Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
*Develop and maintain positive relationships with retailers and customers.
*Provide support to dealerships in managing finance applications and customer queries.
