Secondary Supply Teachers: Wirral!
We are looking for Supply Teachers for secondary schools across the Wirral, including Birkenhead, Wallasey, and West Kirby. If you want a flexible role that fits your lifestyle, we have plenty of work available.
We have roles starting ASAP and for the Summer Term (starting April). Whether you want to work one day a week or every day, the choice is yours.
What you need:
*QTS or QTLS (Qualified Teacher Status).
*A valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to get one).
*Flexibility and a positive attitude.
*Experience working in a UK secondary school.
Key Duties:
*Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
*Manage classroom behaviour effectively following school policies.
*Ensure all students remain on task and complete their set work.
*Collect completed work at the end of the lesson for the regular teacher.
*Provide a brief handover note regarding student progress and behaviour.
*Supervise students during break times or lesson transitions when required.
*Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all pupils.
*Register attendance accurately at the start of every lesson.
*Follow all safeguarding and child protection procedures strictly.
*Support students with their individual learning needs during tasks.
