Job Description:
Procurement Administrator - 6 months - Full time - £30k
Well Placed HR are assisting a long-standing client with the recruitment of a Procurement Administrator on an interim (6 month) contract to join their team based in Redruth.
The successful candidate will provide focused administrative support to the procurement function, with responsibilities including:
- Reviewing and closing purchase orders, confirming delivery of goods and services
- Sourcing missing documentation and completing matches prior to PO closure
- Updating and maintaining Purchase Orders
- Cleansing and updating the supplier database, removing duplicates and verifying supplier details
- Supporting the rationalisation of the approved supplier list
- Investigating and resolving historic invoice mismatches or incomplete records
- Providing ad hoc administrative support for procurement data projects
Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or strong administration experience is essential, ideally within an industrial or engineering environment.
This role will be based on site in Redruth and comes with full time hours, however those seeking part time may still be considered.
