This leading Investment Management firm is looking for an Oracle HCM Business Analyst to join their HR technology function.
What you’ll do
*Analyse business requirements and translate them into clear, functional specifications for Oracle HCM.
*Collaborate with HR, Technology and Operations teams to optimise processes and support system configuration.
*Conduct gap analysis, document workflows and manage updates to HCM modules.
*Troubleshoot issues, support UAT activities and ensure data integrity across the platform.
*Drive enhancements and continuous improvement within Core HR, Recruiting and related processes.
What you should bring
*Strong Business Analyst experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
*Solid understanding of HR processes, Oracle Core HR and Oracle Recruiting.
*Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
*Ability to translate business needs into structured, actionable technical deliverables.

*Hybrid (3 days per week)
