Join a global organisation driving large-scale technology transformation. As Enterprise Systems Service Owner, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of business-critical platforms spanning Finance, People, Client Relationship, and Automation systems — ensuring smooth operations, high availability, and continuous improvement across a complex, international environment. What You’ll Do
*Lead day-to-day delivery and improvement of enterprise-scale systems supporting global business operations.
*Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align service delivery with product roadmaps and strategic goals.
*Manage escalations and resolve incidents impacting multiple functions or regions.
*Analyse system performance, reliability, and scalability — using data and feedback to drive service excellence.
*Own the problem management process, identifying root causes and preventing recurrence.
*Plan proactively for growth, ensuring enterprise platforms scale with business demand.
*Champion compliance, security, and data privacy standards across all services.
