Aftersales Fleet Support Specialist (Automotive – West London)
Salary: £48,000 – £53,000 DOE + 15% Bonus
Role Overview
A rapidly expanding global EV brand is seeking an Aftersales Fleet Support Specialist to support the Aftersales Director and ensure operational excellence across fleet and retailer networks. Based in West London, this role focuses on performance tracking, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
*Monitor fleet KPIs including customer satisfaction, warranty, service revenue, and parts performance.
*Maintain dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and compile monthly and quarterly performance reports.
*Coordinate aftersales leadership meetings, prepare documentation, record minutes, and track actions.
*Provide analytical and administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
*Identify operational bottlenecks and support improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive aftersales, fleet operations, or data analysis.
*Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI.
*Excellent communication skills, detail-focused, proactive, and confident collaborating across teams.
*Mandarin language skills are an advantage but not required.
