We’re partnering with a growing business based in Croydon who are seeking a confident and proactive Assistant Accountant to join their small, supportive finance team. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be a key player in day-to-day accounting operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
*Preparing and maintaining accounts up to Trial Balance
*Supporting month-end processes and general finance tasks
*Collaborating closely with the Finance Manager in a hands-on environment
*Occasionally visiting the London office as part of your wider involvement in the business
What We’re Looking For
*Strong experience across AP, AR, and producing Trial Balance
*Proficiency in Xero is essential
*Someone who enjoys working in a small office where everyone gets stuck in
*A positive attitude, great attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow
