NICEIC Qualified Electricians & Electrical Engineers – London (Hospital Contract)
Our client is a forward-thinking and highly respected disruptor within the facilities management sector. Following the successful award of a major new contract commencing in April 2026, they are now seeking experienced NICEIC qualified Electricians and Electrical Engineers to join the team.
This contract is secured for a minimum of three years, with a strong likelihood of extension to five years, offering long-term stability and consistent work.
The Role
The contract will involve working in and around hospitals across London. Due to the sensitive nature of the environment, all work must be carried out with minimal disruption to day-to-day hospital operations and to the highest professional standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Conducting electrical inspections and testing
*Completing EICR testing
*Carrying out necessary compliance and safety checks
*Ensuring all work meets current regulations and NICEIC standards
Hospitals are undergoing significant upgrades and repairs, and maintaining safety, compliance, and operational continuity is critical.
Requirements
*NICEIC qualified Electrician or Electrical Engineer
*Must have experience of working with distribution boards
*Experience in inspection and testing (EICR essential)
*Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Flexible and able to work to agreed timescales
*Able to pass DBS and safeguarding checks
Contract Details
*Start date: April 2026
*Location: London (hospital sites)
*Duration: 3–5 years
*Engagement: PAYE or Ltd Company contractors considered
