We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Accounts Payable Assistant to join our client’s team for approximately 6–8 weeks.
Working hours: Up to 25 hours arranged however you’d like
Pay rate: £13.50 - £14 per hour
Location: Hereford
Key Responsibilities
*Full management of the purchase ledger
*Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
*Resolving invoice queries and discrepancies
*Preparing and loading payment runs onto the bank
*Supporting the finance team with the transition towards an automated invoicing process
*Maintaining accurate and organised financial records
*Ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures
