Job Description:
Our client, a growing and highly regarded Medical Communications agency, is looking for a bright and motivated Support Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a Life Sciences background who is keen to move back into a science-focused environment in a non-lab-based capacity.
The Role:
*Supporting the Account Management team with the delivery of client projects
*Providing high-quality administrative and coordination support to both internal teams and external clients
*Assisting with project documentation and ensuring work is delivered to deadline and budget
*Building an understanding of client messaging and strategic positioning
*Contributing to client proposals and supporting the development of strategic responses
*Liaising with in-house creative teams and third-party suppliers
*Attending client meetings where appropriate and helping to build confidence in service delivery
*Continuously identifying ways to improve processes and support
About you:
*Educated to degree level in Life Sciences or a related subject
*Strong academic background with a genuine interest in healthcare or medical communications
*Experience in an account management, coordination or customer-focused role desirable
*Confident building and maintaining professional relationships
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
*Positive, proactive and willing to go above and beyond
*Personable, enthusiastic and comfortable working within a collaborative team

*£17 per hour
*3-month FTC
*Immediate start
*Hybrid
