*5+ years’ PQE in Family Law.
*Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
*Experienced across private family matters including divorce, financial remedies, and children work.
*A capable advocate, happy to undertake your own advocacy where appropriate.
*Commercially astute, with a demonstrable flair for business development.
*Ideally bringing an existing client/referrer following — or the drive and credibility to build one.
*Mediation experience? A bonus, but not essential.
