Senior Solicitor – Employment (2+ PQE)
Location: Glasgow
Overview:
A highly regarded Employment team is seeking a Senior Solicitor to join its Glasgow office. This role offers a mix of tribunal litigation, HR advisory and transactional support work for UK and international clients, with involvement in business development.
Role Requirements:
*Managing employment tribunal matters, including ET3s, witness statements and advocacy
*Advising employers on day-to-day employment and employee relations issues
*Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and settlement agreements
*Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input
*Contributing to client training and team business development
Experience:
*Scots-qualified Solicitor with 2+ PQE
*Employment law experience within a commercial firm
*Comfortable managing your own caseload
Skills:
*Clear communicator with a practical, client-focused approach
*Organised and able to manage deadlines
*Detail-driven and collaborative
