Overview
An established Glasgow-based firm is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join its supportive and growing team. The firm is also open to considering Trainee Solicitors who are looking to assign their traineeship. This role involves managing a varied caseload, including personal injury and clinical negligence matters, with regular court exposure. Flexible hybrid working arrangements are available.
Experience
*NQ to 4 years’ PQE in personal injury and clinical negligence law
*Trainee Solicitors seeking to assign their traineeship with experience in personal injury considered
*Experience managing claims and supporting clients through litigation (or relevant training-seat exposure for trainees)
*Exposure to court proceedings and negotiations
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities
*Manage a diverse caseload from initial instruction through to hearings and settlement
*Represent clients confidently during court appearances and negotiations
*Provide clear, practical advice throughout the litigation process
*Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to team success
Skills
