Estate Agency Partner
*Annual Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 OTE
*Basic Salary: £25,000 to £27,500, dependent on experience
*Location: Bristol, Fishponds
*Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

Main Purpose of the Role:

You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive estate agency service from valuation to the completion of sale, building your customer base in the Fishponds area of Bristol. This role is ideal for those with a passion for real estate and a desire to manage their own diary and client interactions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Provide end-to-end estate agency services to clients, from valuation to sale completion.
*Build and maintain strong local relationships to enhance business generation.
*Market your personal brand effectively to increase local presence and client base.
*Utilize the support from local branch hub teams, central lead management, and concierge telephony to maximize your success.
*Offer flexible appointment times to meet the diverse needs of your clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to succeed in the real estate market.
*Proven track record in estate agency or related field.
*Excellent marketing and sales skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently with effective time management.
