Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Location: Harrogate
Salary: In the region of £30-37,000 DOE

General Duties
*Develop architectural designs, technical information and detailed Revit models for retail and logistics projects
*Produce drawings, schedules, and documentation to support planning and construction stages
*Work collaboratively with the design team, consultants, and project stakeholders
*Ensure design output complies with relevant UK technical standards and client requirements
*Participate in project meetings and contribute to design coordination
*Support BIM workflows and maintain model accuracy at all stages
*Assist with technical design problem solving and quality control
Ideal Candidate
*Architectural Technologist with several years’ post-qualification experience working in practice
*Proven proficiency in Revit as current primary software- 100% capability expected
*Relevant experience delivering retail and/or logistics projects is a strong advantage
*Strong technical design ability and understanding of UK building regulations
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
