Finance Administrator
Leicester
£25,000 per annum

Our client is a leading, award-winning law firm known for its high standards, professional culture, and investment in staff development. As the firm continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their busy finance team and contribute to the efficient running of financial operations.
The role
*Processing invoices, payments, and expenses
*Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
*Assisting with billing, reconciliations, and client accounts
*Respond to requests and queries sent to the billing team in a timely and efficient manner
*Support the preparation of invoices
*Supporting month-end and general finance administration tasks
*Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers as required
*Assisting with compliance documentation and record keeping
*Provide general ad hoc administration to the wider team when required
The candidate
*Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role is essential
*Strong attention to detail
*A willingness to learn and develop within a legal finance setting
*Strong numerical and analytical skills
*Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
*Well organised and ability to manage multiple tasks
*Self-motivated and able to work independently
