Graduate Calculations Analyst – The Role:


Our Transformation and Delivery team work with the wider Broadstone business to identify the best working practices and then establishing these as standards across our Pensions Administration and Advisory offices. They work on integrating new offices following acquisitions and consider development required following new business wins or changes in legislation.
The Calculations team sits within the Transformation and Delivery team and specialises in work related to pension calculations in both our administration and actuarial departments.
Due to continuing growth, we are looking for numerate graduates who are looking for a technical calculations role, to support the installation of new clients onto our bespoke pensions calculation tools, as well as supporting the development and maintenance of these tools.
Graduate Calculations Analyst – Key Responsibilities:


- Supporting with the installation of new clients onto in-house software
- Testing calculations and documenting outcomes, investigating discrepancies and resolving issues
- Carrying out maintenance and supporting development work on calculation tools using Excel/VBA skills
- Developing a strong understanding of UK DB pensions, including the data needs of each scheme
Graduate Calculations Analyst – You:


- Bachelor’s degree at 2.2 or above in a numerate degree
- A Level (or equivalent) in a numerate subject at grade B or above
- Computer literacy including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills, with team-working and collaboration skills
