Leicester, Office-based
£25,000 per annum
Monday – Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our clients national, award-winning law firm based in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid administrative experience who is keen to gain exposure to financial administration within a professional environment.
The role
As an Administrator, you will provide vital support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations..
*Support with general office administration when required
*Liaise with solicitors and clients in a professional manner
*Maintain confidentially and follow company policies and procedures
*Assisting with financial administration (training provided)
*Managing correspondence, emails, and internal systems
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with firm procedures
The candidates
*Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
*Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks
*Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
*A confident and professional telephone manner
*Willing and eager to learn financial administration
*Excellent written and verbal communicator
