Production Team Leader



Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a leading Electronic business based in Southampton.



Responsibilities as a Production Team Leader:

*Lead a team of CAD Designers
*Training and building the team
*Manage and delegate projects to ensure items are designed to industry and company standards
*Provide solutions that meet customer needs
*Translate organisational goals into actionable plans for the team
*Monitor projects and suggest improvements
*Be involved in recruitment and training of new team members
*Asses team performance and implement team goals and objectives
*Undertake company auditing as part of the quality management process

Requirements:

*Experience working within an electrical or manufacturing business
*People management certification is desirable
*Proven experience leading a team within a manufacturing environment
*Certificate in either Electrical Engineering, Electrical Design or CAD Technology
*Strong problem solving skills and delegating expertise

*Competitive Salary
*Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
*20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising up to 25 days with length of service)
