Gallery Coordinator, Weybridge - £25,000
Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 5.30pm
Role Overview
An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic art gallery as a Gallery Coordinator. This entry-level role supports the delivery of digital marketing campaigns while assisting with customer service, dispatch, and administrative operations. The successful candidate will help promote exhibitions and artworks while ensuring a smooth client experience. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
*Assist in executing social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to promote artists, exhibitions, and new collections.
*Coordinate content schedules with the Marketing and Photography teams to ensure timely promotion of gallery activity.
*Support the creation and distribution of email campaigns, including exhibition launches and weekly bulletins.
*Assist with photography of artwork.
Administration and Customer service
*Dealing with customers both face to face, over the telephone and via email in a friendly professional manner
*Maintain accurate client records.
*Coordinate artwork dispatches, including assisting the warehouse team with packaging etc
*Assist with the hanging of the artwork.
Skills & Experience
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Previous customer service experience
*High attention to detail and a professional manner.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
*Interest in art and the gallery sector advantageous.
*Previous experience beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.
