We are partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to appoint an experienced Test Manager / Test Consultant to support a large-scale back office migration programme for an Asset Manager.
This is a critical role within a complex operating model transition, requiring deep understanding of asset management operations across back office, middle office, and data functions.

The role sits within a major back office transformation and migration initiative involving custody, fund administration, and transfer agency services. The successful candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end testing strategy and execution across multiple operational workstreams.
Responsibilities *Define and implement the overall test strategy for the migration programme
*Manage full test lifecycle: SIT, UAT, regression, data validation and operational readiness
*Coordinate testing across operations, technology, vendors and third parties
*Ensure robust reconciliation and validation of migrated data
*Oversee defect management, reporting, and stakeholder governance
*Work closely with operations teams to validate new target operating model processes
Experience *Proven experience as a Test Manager / Senior Test Consultant within Asset Management
*Strong exposure to back office and middle office operations
*Hands-on experience across: *Custody
*Fund Administration
*Transfer Agency
*Data management / data migration

*Experience working on operating model migrations or outsourcing transitions
*Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, reconciliations, corporate actions, cash management and NAV processes
*Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across operations and technology
*Experience working in complex, regulated environments
