Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain probabilistic models
*Design microstructure-driven analytics and signals
*Build and train toxic-flow and adverse-selection classifiers
*Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize quantitative models,
*Conduct deep research on blockchain data, market mechanisms, and protocol behaviours, transforming raw on-chain datasets into insights that strengthen the reliability and robustness of next-generation Web3 platforms.
Requirements:
*Strong, proven knowledge of Web3, blockchain ecosystems, and crypto-trading
*Knowledge of low-latency systems
*Knowledge of C++
*Willingness to relocate to Dubai or already residing in the region
