Job Description:
The Vacancy
Supervisor – Kitchens, Bathrooms & Remedial Works
Enfield + frequent travel across London/M25
Full-time
Competitive salary
WPS
We are looking for a practical, organised Works Supervisor to help manage and co-ordinate kitchens, bathrooms, and remedial jobs across several clients. This is a mobile role, ideal for someone senior who can work independently and keep multiple workstreams moving. Although the home base is Enfield, this role involves a large amount of travel in and around the M25, visiting multiple sites each day.
This role does not involve supervising operatives or signing off fire doors — all installations and sign-offs are completed by our supply chain partners.
What You’ll Do
*Manage works given by the client through a spreadsheet (surveys, approvals, new jobs etc.)
*Arrange surveys and works with supply-chain contractors and RLOs
*Request and review photographic reports and pricing from contractors
*Make sure jobs move through the process smoothly – from instruction to completion
*Carry out site visits to check scopes, inspect works, and monitor progress
*Ensure asbestos checks are completed before works
*Keep clear, accurate records and updates
*Work across 4+ contracts, each with slightly different processes
About You
*Highly organised and able to manage your own workload
*Good communication skills and confident dealing with clients
*Comfortable travelling daily between sites
*Able to co-ordinate works without managing trades
*Experience in kitchens, bathrooms, or general property repairs
*Basic–intermediate Excel skills
*No FRA qualifications needed
Why Join Us?
*Strong long-term progression — your success is tied to client satisfaction
*A role with real autonomy and variety
*Opportunity to build strong client relationships
*Work within a growing, supportive business
Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage. Applicants with criminal convictions will be assessed individually, and we assure you that we do not discriminate based on an applicant’s criminal record or the details of any disclosed offenses. Additionally, certain roles may be subject to additional pre-employment checks.
