We’re Hiring: Senior Planner

About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for planning and people management? Wates Property Services is looking for a Senior Planner to lead our Customer Services team in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service. You’ll play a key role in driving productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and support a dynamic team to manage resource diaries for optimal productivity
Handle complaints, identify trends, and drive service improvements
Produce performance reports and KPIs to enhance delivery
Collaborate with site teams, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
Champion health & safety standards and company policies
Attend client meetings and manage staff performance and appraisals
Drive continual improvement and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and diary management skills
Excellent communication — written & verbal
High level of computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience producing statistical reports and quantifying work orders
Building technical knowledge and commercial awareness
Ability to prioritise, plan, and act on own initiative
Understanding of legislation in maintenance & property management
Clean driving licence
Desirable Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 or above in IT, Leadership, or Customer Services
Training in Complaints Management
