Customer Service Advisor
Location: Southend on Sea, Essex
Type: Temporary (Immediate Start), Ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Advisor to join a team in Southend. This role involves providing great customer service while managing phone calls, emails, and updating customer details.
Key Responsibilities:
*Answer customer calls and respond to emails professionally.
*Add customer details accurately into the online system.
*Work with the team to assist customers quickly and efficiently.
*Provide clear information to customers and help them with their queries.
*Handle a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience in customer service or call center roles.
*Comfortable using computer systems and updating customer records.
*Able to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls and emails.
*Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
