Our Client, a Greater Manchester Council, is seeking an Adult’s Social Worker to join their Mental Health Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
*Assess mental health needs and risks for adults.
*Develop and review care/support plans tailored to individual needs.
*Provide crisis intervention and manage safeguarding concerns.
*Coordinate multi-disciplinary support with health and community services.
*Advocate for clients’ rights and access to services.
*Connect individuals to housing, benefits, and community resources.
*Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
*Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
*Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development.
Requirements of this role:
*Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
*Must have minimum of 3 year’s post qualifying experience.
