We’re looking for a charismatic and enthusiastic Tour Guide to bring our story to life and deliver unforgettable experiences for visitors from near and far.
As the face of Black Sheep Brewery, you’ll guide guests behind the scenes, share the secrets of our famous beers, and immerse them in the history, flavour, and fun of Yorkshire brewing.
About the RoleYou’ll captivate visitors with engaging storytelling, humour, and genuine passion for beer. From mash tun to pint glass, you’ll help guests experience Black Sheep Brewery like never before.
Your main responsibilities will include:
*Leading entertaining and informative brewery tours for groups of all sizes.
*Sharing the history, heritage, and brewing process in a fun and memorable way.
*Hosting beer tastings and helping visitors explore flavour, aroma, and style.
*Providing excellent customer service in the visitor centre, shop, and bar.
*Supporting events, private functions, and brewery experiences as needed.
About You*Confident, engaging, and able to connect with people of all backgrounds.
*Passionate about beer, Yorkshire heritage, and the Black Sheep story.
*Reliable, flexible, and able to work Fridays and Sundays, 10:30–17:30.
*A natural storyteller with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Previous hospitality, tourism, or public speaking experience is a bonus — full training provided!
