We are looking for a field resource controller to support and augment the existing service.
The role will involve:
*Incident management: incident logging, triage and assignment on various platforms
*Excel and manage the incident to resolution in conjunction with the 3rd party, keeping the service desk record in all toolsets updated in according with agreed work instructions
*Electronic diary management
Your experience:
*Experience in incident resolution and/or system management of IT infrastructures
*Experience in a Customer Service environment
*Experience in scheduling and diary management
*Experience dealing with 3rd party supliers
*Experience and confident in use of MS Office programs
