Morgan Hunt is working with a public sector organisation to recruit a Customer Service Officer on a short-term contract in their Edinburgh office working on the upcoming Scottish Elections. The focus of the position is to respond to customer queries by phone, email and letter.
A strong interest in Politics / Scottish Elections would be a major advantage.


Responsibilities Include:
*Managing responses to to customer enquiries and provide useful information
*Work with colleagues to research appropriate responses to queries
*Log and monitor enquiries and maintain a database of responses
*Participating in opportunities to communicate within organisation wide meetings
Skills Required:
*Willing to work flexibly with team members
*Ensure confidentiality is respected
*Comfortable making use of technology for tasks

*£21.33 per hour Umbrella
*Edinburgh office (Hybrid working)
*Contract until mid May 2026
