Day-to-day of the role:
*Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that are aligned with the curriculum and assessment requirements.
*Create a positive and supportive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their full potential.
*Assess, review, and record learner progress and maintain accurate course and learner records.
*Embed employment skills into the curriculum to enhance student readiness for the job market.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Degree in a relevant Media subject (e.g., Film, Television, Animation, Digital Media).
*Experience in teaching in further education (FE) is a distinct advantage.
*Teaching qualifications are preferred, or a willingness to work towards obtaining one with our support.
*Recent graduates and individuals seeking a career change are encouraged to apply.
