FINANCE ASSISTANT Enderby | £26,000 – £28,000 | Full-Time, Permanent
Are you an experienced Finance Assistant looking for a varied role within a friendly, close-knit team? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing SME where you’ll play an important part in keeping the finance function running smoothly day-to-day.
YOUR ROLE: As a Finance Assistant, you’ll take ownership of both payroll and purchase ledger responsibilities, ensuring everything runs accurately and on time. Your role will include:
?? Administering weekly and monthly payroll using Sage Line 50 Payroll.
?? Processing timesheets, expenses, new starters, and leavers.
?? Managing end-of-year returns and liaising with HMRC.
?? Maintaining and reconciling the purchase ledger.
?? Preparing supplier payments and resolving queries.
?? Assisting with credit control and sales ledger cash postings.
?? Providing general accounts support and occasional office cover.
