Associate / Senior Associate - Non-Contentious Construction (3-8 PQE)
Location: Glasgow
Overview:
A growing Construction team is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 3-8 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction to advise on major development, infrastructure and energy projects across multiple sectors including retail, housing, student accommodation and regeneration.
Role Requirements:
- Preparing and negotiating construction contracts, appointments and procurement documentation
- Advising national and international clients throughout project lifecycles
- Providing clear, commercial guidance aligned with client objectives
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across connected practice areas
- Ensuring high quality service delivery on all matters
Experience:
- 3-8 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction
- Confident drafting and reviewing a range of construction documentation
- Ability to manage a busy workload while supporting wider team objectives
- Skilled at building and maintaining internal and external relationships
Skills:
- Clear, confident communication
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Collaborative with a practical, solution-focused approach
